Important Notes:

• Tents are not designed for heavy rain or extreme wind.
• After setup, the renter is responsible for ensuring the tent remains secure.
• Once setup is completed and confirmed by the renter, all liability falls to the renter.

Guest Liability & Responsibility:
By renting this package, you accept full responsibility for all items during your rental period. This includes liability for any damage, loss, or theft. Guests must also monitor weather conditions and act accordingly—taking down tents if necessary to prevent damage. Any neglect in this regard will result in additional charges for repairs or replacements.
